HubSpot is a comprehensive system. There are so many tools and so much you can implement with this powerful system, but where do you start? Where do you put your time, energy and resources? We'll show you – by doing.

Step 1. Review and scope

We will begin with a review of your current ways of working, how you are marketing and what activities you are doing, how you are selling and how you are delivering. We recommend that Marketing and Sales is 100% done in HubSpot and depending on what other technologies you use, that the Service Hub is leveraged or we have an integration into your ERP or production systems.

Once we establish the current ways of working we will then scope out and design how this will work in your implementation.

Step 2. Implementation and training

Once we have a clear scope of work we will rip into things and get the systems setup and ready for data migration and internal review, once we are ready for the go live we will start the integration process, as well as staff training and coaching.

Step 3. Automation and support

Once the business has gotten comfortable working with the new system and processes we can look at ways to automate. If we automate to early often we find that too many things that you think you want to have automated are not relevant anymore.

Amazing you would like to remove the 30 tools you currently have in your marketing teams tool kit and more them to Marketing Pro or enterprise well done. Marketing Pro starts from $8000 and Enterprise from $12000

HubSpot Sales HUB Implementation From $3200

So good you want to enable your sales team to do far better work. We price this per pipeline, at $3200 for Sale Pro and $5400 for sales enterprise, and then $1200 per pipeline and $750 per workflow.

HubSpot Service HUB Implementation from $1850

Moving into the service hub, we price this per support pipeline and then per workflow. $1200 per support pipeline and $750 per workflow and $750 for the Knowledgebase

Reporting Add-on Implementation from $1200

Once we have all the data flowing and we have had 2 sales cycles we are ready to set up some performance reports for your team and management. $1200 to setup.

ADS Add-on Implementation from $650

Cleaning up your advertising is always a good idea. WE can set up the ads add-on for you, and clean up your Ads ROI.

HubSpot CMS Implementation & Site Migration From $850

We always recommend that you have your CMS in HubSpot as it's far more secure and removes a lot of pain from your technology stack as it will be fully integrated. We can migrate the site for you, depending gon the size of the site it will depend on how much it is.

Business Performance and ongoing support From $3500 Per Month

Once you have all the tools in place, it's about optimizing them for business performance. We'll work with you to solve real business problems and can up-skill your team to implement your plan, and that ongoing support. You have a Ferrari now you need to get to doing really fast lap times or it will not work.
