- Subscriber is someone who has subscribed to your database and has voluntary opted in.
- A lead is someone that has shown interested in your TOF (top of funnel content) and has consumed some content.
- MQL is someone that has downloaded or watched a piece of content and that is showing interest in your MOF (middle of funnel assets).
- An SQL is someone that has raised their hand for help or shown forms of buying triggers such as asking a question through a form, and are ready for a direct follow up
- Opportunity contacts who are real sales opportunities
- Customer is someone that has purchased a product or service off you over the past x months
- An Evangelist is a customer who advocates for your business, has a NPS (net promoter score) of 9-10, and has referred you work.
